Who we are
JCH Group Services Ltd (company number 16923716) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@jchgroup.co.uk.
What our forms collect
Quote enquiries: name, company name, phone, email, business type, location or postcode, number of sites, site size, cleaning frequency, current arrangement, preferred start date and your message. Job applications: name, phone, email, area, role interest, right-to-work confirmation and your message.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to your request and taking steps before entering a contract. Application data is processed to take steps at your request before a possible employment contract. Analytics cookies are used only with consent where required.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become contracts are kept for up to 24 months. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for up to 6 months. Client records are kept for the length of the contract plus 6 years for legal and accounting purposes.
Processors
We use Supabase to store form submissions, an email provider to send enquiry notifications, and Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. Each processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise a right, email info@jchgroup.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
