JCH Group Services was founded in 2025 by Jack Chesworth and Jayden Hutchings.
Built around managed service
Our growth came through the fitness sector, cleaning high-footfall gyms with showers, changing rooms and equipment that cannot be cleaned generically.
The team is currently around 15 cleaning operatives, an operations manager and two directors.
The company is built around managed service, systems and accountability: we recruit, schedule, cover and supervise the team, and record the work with digital checklists, attendance tracking and photo evidence.
